Not another vendor.
The one that fixes the whole business.

We run the ads, answer the calls they bring, and build the page they land on. One team that owns the whole line from click to paid invoice, so no dollar leaks between vendors.

The auditor scores your homepage in your browser and shows you a cleaner version. No sign-up, nothing stored.

    02How we run ads

Ads are the fastest way to lose money in a service business. Also the fastest way to grow one.

The difference is the ten seconds after the click. Most agencies own the click and nothing after it. We own the page it lands on, the phone it rings, the calendar it books into and the invoice it turns into. That is the only reason we are willing to run ads at all.

    Follow one ad dollar.

Switch off any link in the chain and watch where the dollar dies. Every one of these is a system we run, which is why we can promise the chain holds.

$The clickMeta or Google, a homeowner with a problem tonight.
1The pageLoads before they give up. Says what you do and shows the number.
2The callPicked up in one ring, 24 hours a day, by a voice that knows your prices.
3The bookingA real slot on your real calendar, confirmed by text.
4The invoiceSent when the job closes, chased politely until paid.

Every link holds. The dollar you spent on the click comes back as a paid job, and the ad that produced it gets more budget tomorrow morning.

    Creative

Made for the feed, not the brochure.

We shoot nothing generic. Each ad makes one claim you can back, in your voice, aimed at one moment: the pump grinding at 6:40 PM, the green water before the party. Video and stills, several variants, all tested against each other from day one.

    • Every claim comes from your services and your prices
    • Losing variants are cut, winners get the budget
    • You approve every ad before it spends a dollar

    What stays yours

    • The ad accounts, the pixel, the audiences and every byte of data
    • The creative, the landing page and the phone number
    • The right to leave with all of it, any time

    What we will not do

    • Run ads to a site that says “Not Secure” or a phone nobody answers
    • Report vanity metrics or hide spend inside a “media fee”
    • Promise a number of leads before the audit

    Why the name

Every other agency sells you a piece and disappears. We look once, fix everything, and stay on the line.

Not a website guy, an ads guy, a phone-system guy and a software guy who never talk to each other. One team that has seen the whole operation and owns the result. That is what The One And Only means.

    03Where the money leaks

A service business loses money in five quiet places. Most agencies sell you a patch for one.

Tap the ones that sound familiar and we’ll tell you where to start.

    01

    The call nobody picked up

You’re on a roof, in a pump room, or on a boat. The phone rings four times and the homeowner calls the next name on the list. You never know it happened.

    02

The site that says “Not Secure”

Chrome puts a warning next to your name before anyone sees your work. A ten-year-old page builder, a dead certificate, a phone number buried under a stock photo.

    03

    The file you can’t upload

Law, medical, accounting. Your team wants what ChatGPT does, and you can’t hand it client files. So nobody uses it, or worse, somebody does.

    04

    The ad budget nobody checks

Money goes out to Meta and Google every day. Nobody looks at which ad brought the last five jobs, so the losing one keeps running and the winning one starves.

    05

The business that lives in a spreadsheet

Jobs in a text thread, invoices in a notebook, the schedule in one person’s head. It works until that person takes a day off.

    Why we can run ads

    We own the chain.

An ad agency owns the click. We also own the page, the phone, the calendar and the invoice. When one of those leaks, we fix it instead of blaming it.

I run this stack on my own business before I sell it to yours.

I’m 18. By day I run operations for an e-commerce services company. By night I build the AI agent that runs TOAO: it audits prospects, builds the sites, drafts the reports and keeps the books. Everything on this page is something I use, not something I read about.

The name is the promise. The One And Only: one team that has seen the whole business. You get the same stack I run, and if something breaks at 9 PM you are texting the person who built it.

    Questions

    Straight answers.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need thirty minutes, access to your calendar, and the truth about your services and prices. We handle the rest and explain it in plain words.

Do I have to take all twelve?

No. The audit ranks the gaps by what they cost you and we start with the first one. Most businesses begin with the phone or the site. Some never need more than two systems, and we say so.

What does the voice agent sound like?

A natural voice with a name, trained on how you actually describe your work. You hear a recorded demo answering a realistic call before it ever picks up a live one.

Where does the private AI run?

On a machine in your office or on a private server in your name. Your documents are indexed there and never sent to a public model. We can show you the network traffic to prove it.

Do you run the ads or just set them up?

We run them. Every morning the agent pulls yesterday’s numbers, matches each lead to a call and a booked job, pauses what is below the line and gives more to what booked. You get a one-paragraph note daily and five numbers on Friday. The accounts, the pixel and the data stay in your name.

What does it cost to run ads with you?

Two parts: the ad spend, which goes straight to Meta or Google from your own account, and a management fee we agree in writing after the audit, against what a booked job is worth to you. No spend hidden inside a fee, no minimum term.

Will you run ads for me right away?

Not if the page says “Not Secure” or the phone goes to voicemail after five. Traffic to a leak is the most expensive kind. We fix the chain first, usually within the first two weeks, then turn the ads on.

Will you make up reviews or numbers for my site?

Never. Every rating, year in business and licence number on your site comes from you or a source we can verify. If we can’t verify it, the block is removed, not guessed.
