What this site collects
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts, video and code are served from toao.app. We do not track you across the web and we do not know who you are unless you tell us.
What you give us on purpose
When you schedule a call you give us your name, your business name, your email, optionally your phone number, and anything you type into the “look at first” box. We use that to hold the appointment, call you at the time you chose, and prepare for the conversation. The booking creates an event on our Google Calendar and sends you a calendar invite from Google; Google’s own privacy terms apply to that invite.
The missed-call calculator runs entirely in your browser. What you drag the sliders to never leaves your device.
What we do with it
- We contact you about the call you booked and about the audit that follows it.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
- We do not add you to a newsletter. There is no newsletter.
- If you become a client, what we hold and how we hold it is set out in your written scope, and everything stays in your name.
Where it lives
Booking details live in our Google Workspace account (calendar and email). Nothing is stored on this website itself, because this website has no database.
Your choices
Email owen@toao.app to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We do it the same day and confirm by reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
