1. The audit
The business audit is free and carries no obligation. You keep the ranked list whether or not you hire us. If we find nothing worth fixing, we say so.
2. Scope and price
Every piece of work is described in a written scope with a price and a timeline before anything is built. Work outside the scope is quoted separately, in writing, before it starts. Nothing goes live without your approval.
3. Ownership
Everything we build or configure for you is yours: accounts, data, code, content, domains and hosting are set up in your name. You can leave at any time and take all of it. We keep no lock-in and no hostage copies.
4. Your information
Anything on your site, in your voice agent or in your systems comes from you or from a source we can verify. We do not invent reviews, ratings, years in business, licence numbers or results. If we cannot verify a claim, it is removed, not guessed. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us.
5. Ongoing services
Monthly services (care plans, voice agents, private AI, ad management) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. On cancellation we hand over everything and switch off only what you ask us to.
6. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, ad results or a number of booked jobs. We build systems that answer, book, chase and report; the work itself, the pricing and the crew are yours. AI systems can make mistakes; we monitor them, correct them fast, and tell you when it happens.
7. Third-party services
Some systems run on third-party platforms (telephony, calendars, ad networks, hosting). Their terms apply to their part. Where a platform has a fee, it is shown in your scope and paid in your name.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or third-party platform outages.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Florida.
